Though conversation and commitments toward a more diverse, equitable, inclusive and accessible industry are being actioned across the Canadian music industry, action toward true and sustainable change can be daunting. SOCAN has spearheaded a task force to address the issues and support the industry in moving forward. In this session, the new toolkit created to help the whole sector will be presented, followed by a conversation from leading professionals about the importance of everyone focussing on this work.
